We are a Chef's Hat Restaurant in Orange, NSW, looking for a skilled Artisan Baker to run our side business producing high quality breads and pastries.
The role requires the following:
Management experience - running an offshoot of an already successful restaurant
Experience with Artisan breads and ability to produce high quality product
Excellent Organisational skills
Reliability and willingness to work bakers hours
High standards and passion for this industry
Ability to help grow a fledgling business
This is a great new venture for an already successful and respected restaurant and would suit for someone wanting to take a good business and grow it as their own without the setup costs.
