Artisan baker/pastry chef

Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia.

I'm looking for a baker/pastry chef to help me set up a new bakery. I already operate a successful bakery and we are now moving on to our second venture which is producing artisan sourdough breads and bagels predominantly. I am not a qualified baker but will be soon. I did things the wrong way around. I have been baking for ten years now and have a large customer base in the Canberra region.

If you are interested in helping me in this new venture let me know. I am looking for someone with some get up and go. I'm not afraid to try new things and will be happy for you to have input into all aspects of the business.
