Yum Bakery in Calgary, Alberta, Canada is looking for a mature, responsible team player and communicative leader with a great attitude, intelligence, discipline, stamina, consistency, and love of the work. A thorough understanding of the techniques of artisan bread production but also very comfortable leading on the patisserie side of the house.
This is an opportunity to have creative freedom in a supportive environment with immediate feedback from an adventurous customer base.
Salary is Base (depending on experience) + Bonus
