We are a popular artisan organic bakery / cafe in Crows Nest Sydney experiencing high growth. We specialise in sourdough and european breads and pastries. We are looking for a 4th member to join our professional baking team.
You must have strong experience in artisan bread mixing, moulding and oven work. You must have experience with Sourdough and European breads. Ideally you will also have pastry experience.
The role is permanent, 5 days a week. Days and shifts rotational with other bakers. Competitive salary and a great working environment.
Sponsorship will be considered (if required) for the right peron after a 2 month trial.
