We are small artisan cheese producer on Bruny Island, Tasmania, and we have a small woodfired bakery on the side.
We have a very strong focus on quality in everything we do. We are looking for someone to join our team and be responsible for all bakery production. You must have a passion and dedication to producing great bread and be able to organise yourself and work unsupervised. You must like working in a small team environment.
There is a huge potential to grow this side of our business so the successful person will need to be able to demonstrate their skills to be able to do this.
