We are a small artisan Bakery in Bondi looking for a self motivated, passionate, reliable candidate to join our team in great working environment.
This position will require knowledge of controlling mixing processes of traditional sourdough and yeast dough, strong technical skills of mixing, scaling and hand shaping and an ability to work deck ovens and bake the products to specification. Pastry skills would be advantageous, but not essential. The successful applicant will need to be a clean worker who can multitask producing quality products. Weekend and early starts required. Above award negotiable to skill level.
