We have a position open for a master soul baker with experience in natural levain breads.
The position is full time with evening bakes. As our business has grown over the last three years we are remodelling with new growth.
There is the opportunity to be milling biodynamic and organic grain from small Victorian farmers with a new mill arriving in early 2021.
We are after someone who:
works with naturally leavened breads
open to different styles of bread
a team player
able to produce anything from grissini, bagels and naturally leavened breads
respects sustainable practices
believes in quality ingredients of culturally sound farming methods
the opportunity to experiment on new products
must have own transport
