QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Min. 2 years experience in a similar role is advantageous - Consistency, flare for bread making and a desire to work with high quality ingredients - Well developed workplace speed and accuracy - The ability to work unsupervised as well as thrive working within a close knit team

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Make high hydration, slow ferment sourdough - Make baguettes, dark rye, ciabatta and other breads - Make a variety of viennoisserie - croissants, danish, pastries etc daily - Help the team with the production of sweet and savoury items - Work with management to develop new & interesting products
