We are searching for a baker and pastry chef who genuinely enjoy the art of making artisan breads, viennoiserie and a variety of baked goods. It's a tough trade, so passion for authentic artisan baking is a must.
The suitable baker will be trade qualified, have experience in making breads from scratch, working with sourdough, hand moulding, slow fermentation and also at the oven. On the pastry side, the skills needed are efficiency, consistency and experience in making high quality danish pastry, brioche, and other various baked goods.
Both roles entail the supervision of an apprentice at times, responsibility for their allocated day to day production and working as a team member to ensure the quality of our products are maintained.
