Almond Road Organic Artisan Bakery is looking for experienced bakers or pastry chefs and if you are a baker and feel like you have the ability to go one step further to learn artisan bakery feel free to apply. Almond road is situated in northern nsw in the Byron Bay Area . Hours are mostly 3pm til midnight and some day shifts • At least 2-3 years experience with sourdoughs, hand molding and shaping breads • Strong knowledge of deck ovens and baking • Controlling mixing processes of sourdough and yeast dough Folding and rolling pastry dough on the shetter • Experienced in croissant • Sound knowledge in weighing ingredients for different type of bread and pastry • Strong work ethic • The ability to work in a fast paced environment • Strong leadership skills
