Paddock Bakery is looking for a full time artisan baker / pastry chef to join our team.

You will be working with an Alan Scott wood fired oven, in which we bake all of our slow fermentation sourdough breads. You'll work alongside a seasoned team, reshaping the Gold Coast's bread expectations. We work hard and sweat the details.

We take pride in our product and everything is made to an extreamly high standard.

Wood oven experience is preferred but not essential. You must be passionate about bread and baking.

Our baking shifts run from 4am until 2pm!
