Loafer Bread is looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The position requires that you must be able to hand mould and produce sourdough bread from scratch. You will need to have worked in an artisan bakery - mixing dough, dividing, scaling and shaping.
Key Attributes - Good hand moulding skills - Confidence with managing ovens - A passion for producing beautiful breads and pastries - Be reliable and responsible
The position requires that you will have starts between 3 am and 5 am. We offer a work place that is friendly and passionate about food. We are committed to allowing the time required to produce the highest quality products that we can. Loafer Bread uses predominantly organic and biodynamic ingredients. We take the time to source ethically and locally produced ingredients. The position is available for immediate start.
