Bread In Common, located in Fremantle, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic baker to help produce top quality, artisan bread and manage the bakery. The position requires that you must be able to hand mould and produce sourdough bread from scratch. You will need to have worked in an artisan bakery for minimum 3 years- mixing dough, dividing, scaling and shaping.

The right applicants will possess: - Good hand moulding skills - Confidence with managing ovens - A passion for producing beautiful bread - Be reliable and responsible and able to manager a small team effectively - Forward planning in forecasting numbers and managing wholesale accounts - A warm and approachable manner dealing with customers

The position requires that you will have starts between 3 am and 5 am. We offer a work place that is friendly and passionate about food. We are committed to allowing the time required to produce the highest quality products that we can.
