Brunetti is one of Melbourne's most renowned cafe` Institutions. We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Baker specialising in European style breads.

Working in a 7 day week operation, the successful candidate must be flexible in working weekdays and weekends. Must be willing to work a evening shifts, from 4:00 pm till midnight.

The successful candidate must possess: - Minimum 5 years’ experience in baking gourmet, artisan breads including sourdough, baguettes and ciabatta - Good organisational skills - Highly motivated and a strong work ethic, - Good communication skills - Reliable and energetic with a passion for food and baking. - Friendly personality and able to work as a team - Must be available to work a full time 37.5 hour week.

The successful candidate must be available for immediate start.
