Experienced Artisan Baker & / or Pastry Chef

We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team as Head Baker with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or artisan bakery. This position will require sound knowledge of traditional sourdough processes, strong technical skills of mixing, scaling and hand shaping and an ability to work deck ovens and bake the products to specification. The role is fast paced due to production timelines and as such will require strong organisational and communication skills.

People with a positive disposition and those who enjoy working as a team to maintain high quality output will perform better in our business.

The position is full time, Tuesday to Saturday and based in Brisbane. (We are also seeking a qualified pastry chef with experience laminating and working with croissant dough)
