Job description

Purpose of this role To lead a passionate team at award-winning Robe Bakery .Our culture is vital to us, we expect each of our team members to bring their expertise and a high level of skill.

The role’s key responsibilities require:

 Effective, dynamic leadership with Bakery staff through training coaching & mentoring.  Implementation of programs to improve job effectiveness, product quality & consistency.  Establish, monitor & implement systems including work rosters.  Prepare & bake bread dough & pastry lines  Calculate/document daily ingredient quantities needed to fulfil Production List.  Document ingredients for re-ordering to maintain shelf levels.

• The experience & ability to relate to the baking team with humility and gain their respect as a trusted advisor. • A keen understanding of business processes and strategy to plan effectively, ask questions, teach and coach. • The ability to quickly learn, simplify, adopt and teach concepts and methodology. • A strong passion to serve others and willingness to go the second mile to ensure team and customer success. • A love for learning and constantly expanding your knowledge and sharpening your skills. • The candidate will hold a recognized Australian trade certificate with strong skills in Baking and Pastry.
