Head Baker required for artisan bakery business in Surrey, England

Chalk Hills Bakery is a small, privately owned artisan bakery based in East Surrey, just south of London. Over the past few years we have established a strong customer base and created a recognised local brand. We are currently looking for a Head Baker with experience in artisan baking to manage our bakery and help us to further develop the business.

The successful candidate will need to be a hands-on baker who can also manage product development, all associated regulatory controls and who can demonstrate a passion for real bread and craft baking.
